Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (UK) Shipping:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £3.5
- Free on orders over £45
- Express Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £5
- Free on orders over £125
- Order by 11am for express shipping
International Shipping (Outside the UK):
International shipping is currently available at a flat rate. As we continue to refine our inventory system, we’re working on enhancing our international shipping options in the future.

**Currently ROW includes Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UAE, USA.

Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
- You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in the email.
- Please note that the International Standard shipping option is untracked, so tracking isn’t available for these orders. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are unable to take responsibility for any issues with untracked packages.
Delivery Delays & Issues
- Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as adverse weather conditions or high demand during peak periods like holidays.

Shipping Restrictions
- Next-Day Delivery may not be available for certain remote locations in the UK. Please check availability when placing your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at customer@zabuzakka.shop.
VAT & UK Taxes
- All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable UK rate.
- For orders outside the UK, VAT is not included in the price of the products, meaning prices are 20% lower. However, you may be subject to additional local VAT or customs charges upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on any potential fees before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As we work towards improving the international customer experience, we're focused on streamlining the customs process to make things easier for you in the future.
Bank Holidays & Other Exceptions
- Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed during this period will be processed on the next working day.
